- Bed at 10:30pm.
- Up at 7:00am.
- Drink cold water.
- School.
- Lunch.
- Drink more cold water.
- School.
- After school.
- Drink more cold water.
- Dinner.
- Eat little bit.
- Workout from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
- 6:30pm-7:00pm shower
- 7:00pm - 9:00pm homework.
- 9:00pm t.v time.
- 10:30pm bed time.
- START ALL OVER AGAIN THE NEXT DAY.
