  • Up at 7:00am.
  • Drink cold water.
  • School.
  • Lunch.
  • Drink more cold water.
  • School.
  • After school.
  • Drink more cold water.
  • Dinner.
  • Eat little bit.
  • Workout from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
  • 6:30pm-7:00pm shower
  • 7:00pm - 9:00pm homework.
  • 9:00pm t.v time.
  • 10:30pm bed time.
  • START ALL OVER AGAIN THE NEXT DAY.
